SDAL subscribes to the following proficiency testing and checks sample programs

ERA – Environmental Resource Associates Soil/Hazardous Waste (Pesticide) Proficiency Testing

AAFCO – American Association of Feed Control Officials for commercial feeds and feed ingredients

ERA – Environmental Resource Associates for water pollution (wastewater) and water supply (drinking water)

Magruder (AAPFCO) – American Association of Plant Food Control Officials for fertilizers

What is a Proficiency Program?

The Proficiency Testing Program aims to confirm the competency of an individual’s laboratory staff performance in conducting testing and analysis to ensure valid and reliable testing results and the overall proficiency of testing laboratories.
